Slidex Inc. provides a range of creative and technical services, including the creation of pitch decks, presentations, digital marketing campaigns, graphic design, logo design, e-commerce services, website design, and mobile app development.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information for the services requested. This includes but is not limited to content for pitch decks, presentation details, branding guidelines for graphic designing and logo design, product information for e-commerce services, and necessary details for website design and mobile app development.
Upon completion of services, the intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, for the created content and designs will be transferred to the client. Slidex Inc. retains the right to display and feature the work in its portfolio.
Payment terms are outlined in the specific service agreements or invoices provided by Slidex Inc. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule, and services may be suspended if payments are not received in a timely manner.
Project timelines are estimated and communicated to clients based on the complexity of the project and the timely provision of necessary information by the client. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions or major changes may incur additional charges. Slidex Inc. will strive to accommodate reasonable revision requests.
Slidex Inc. respects the confidentiality of client information and agrees not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Similarly, clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Slidex Inc.
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. Slidex Inc. reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Slidex Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services. The total liability of Slidex Inc. for any claims, whether in contract, tort, or other legal theories, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Slidex Inc. is registered. By engaging with Slidex Inc.’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Slidex Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Clients are advised to review this document periodically for any changes.
